Keller Lenkner UK plans to launch a group action claim against the Police Federation in 2022

Keller Lenkner UK* is representing thousands of Police Officers seeking compensation for the Police Federation’s failure to adequately protect their personal and sensitive data when the Police Federation Membership database experienced a cyber attack in 2019.

On the 21st December 2021, Keller Lenkner UK served notice to the Police Federation over its intention to seek a Group Litigation Order from the High Court in early 2022.
