Georgina is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of KP Law. An experienced director and consultant, with a background in Financial Services, Operations, IT, Risk and Compliance, she ensures the seamless day-to-day operations of our firm.
Tom qualified as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG before working at large corporates such as MAG group, GEOAmey and Zen Internet. Tom has led finance teams to success and project managed the setup entities and offices across the country and has experiences in maturing and transforming finance teams to utilise information and support the business to maximise performance.
Kingsley is a partner and Head of Data and Privacy Litigation at our firm. One of the UK’s foremost data breach lawyers, he leads a passionate team that includes some of the most skilled data breach lawyers in England & Wales.
Duncan is a partner and Head of Competition at KP Law. A barrister and solicitor-advocate, he has extensive experience acting for clients in high-value and business-critical litigation and arbitration. This includes before the English High Court, the International Court of Justice, and numerous arbitral bodies.
Tom is a partner and Head of Product Liability at KP Law. As an experienced barrister and qualified solicitor, Tom has appeared in the High Court in many complex and high value claims, as well as in appeals before the English appellate courts.

Hannah is a partner at KP Law. She is also Head of our London office and a member of our Senior Management Team. She oversees the day-to-day conduct of various group actions spanning emissions cases and investment fraud and mis-selling claims.

Carter Young is a senior associate. She works across the full range of the firm’s various group and multi-claimant actions. She has significant experience in high-value disputes across a broad range of sectors, including, contentious trust, commercial, insolvency and regulatory matters and was involved with complex cross-border litigation.
Andrew is an associate. He has significant experience in data breach litigation including sensitive and high value cases and has also worked across multiple group action claims.
Jade is as an associate. She has significant experience in claimant-based group litigation against a range of financial services regulated firms, including pursuing claims via the FSCS.
James is an associate. He has vast experience in data breach law, and his in-depth knowledge of GDPR compliance is instrumental as we carry out data breach investigations on behalf of our clients.
Thiago is an associate. An experienced dual-qualified litigator (civil and common law systems), he has vast experience managing and dealing with a substantial number of financial mis-selling cases in all litigation tracks.
Ashar is an associate at KP Law in the group actions team. Before joining our firm, he gained significant experience in financial services litigation, mainly acting on behalf of defendants on mis-selling claims, and in commercial litigation acting in shareholder disputes, LCIA arbitrations for a private equity firm and contractual disputes against a prominent hotel franchise.
Rachel is an associate within the Product Liability department. Rachel has previously advised law firms on all aspects of risk and compliance, and has also acted for a range of litigation funders, administrators and insurers on a variety of audit and funding matters, both in the UK and internationally. She has also worked as a fee earner within the financial mis-selling department of a large Manchester based firm.
Peter is an associate at KP Law. He works on group claims involving financial mis-selling and misconduct, helping to secure justice and compensation for our clients. Prior to joining our firm, Peter had a six-year spell at Clyde & Co in Birmingham.
Bill is an associate. In his career to date, he has focused solely on helping claimants secure access to justice. Bill takes great satisfaction in fighting unequal odds to achieve successful resolution via negotiated settlements.
Dayalan is an associate within the competition team at KP Law. He works on collective actions being brought in the Competition Appeal Tribunal and has significant experience working on high-profile abuse of dominance and cartel actions.
Gemma qualified as a solicitor in March 2014, and for most of her career she worked in the Defendant Fraud Department of a firm. Gemma started off as a fee earner, and then progressed into a leadership role where she was responsible for several teams and their performance.
Kiran is an Associate at KP Law in the group actions team. Kiran specialises in complex and high-profile group actions and is currently working on the firm’s emissions cases being brought on behalf of consumers against various car manufacturers.
Anthony is our firm’s Commercial Officer. Anthony has a proven track record in strategic business growth.
David is Head of Costs. He deals with cost reporting and training and advises our senior partners and management team on all areas of costs and costs litigation & funding.
