Associate Bill Singer joins us from Simpson Millar. Bill has specialised in niche areas of civil litigation at several leading national law firms. In his career to date, Bill has focused solely on helping claimants secure access to justice, and he has an enviable reputation fighting against unequal odds to advance cases through the courts, and achieving resolution via negotiated settlements.
Boosting our team even further is associate James Kelliher who joins us from Hayes Connor Solicitors. James has vast experience in data breach law, and has been successful on a number of multi-claimant and group action claims. Having previously been a certified Data Protection Officer, his in depth knowledge of what is necessary to secure GDPR compliance within a business will prove instrumental as we carry out data breach investigations on behalf of our clients.
