Air Europa is in the process of being taken over by British Airways-owner International Consolidated Airlines Group (ICAG.L). In 2021 a British Airways data breach action was resolved on confidential terms following successful mediation and negotiation. We were one of only two firms to pursue legal action against British Airways and we were delighted to secure a settlement for those affected.
